I aswell experiacned horrible service..i was here for a month and they barely came to do housekeeping.
They would disactivate my card and open the door while i was in the room
and because of that i couldnt leave the room without them doing housekeeping first because i had a dog.
They charged me too high some days and would forget to put it on ...
