    At check-in the desk person was grumpy - he never smiled. Room was dingy. After a few minutes of moving around the room in white socks, the soles were black! Woke up to find a cricket in the bed. Bath towels were skimpy, thin and felt like loofahs. I truly can't find a good thing to say about this experience.

    We stayed a few days over the 2003 Christmas Holiday. Really enjoyed the town and area. The room was large, very quiet, with good amenities. Very good value for a Best Western. Location is good, near our favorite breakfast places.
    The new owners have upgraded the lobby and are very gracious and friendly. A nice place.
