Not customer focusedWe booked we thought for 3 days in September and prepaid for the first night. I missed their error and they booked us for August. We arrived in September and they were totally unwilling to give us a break for the first night. clean and affordable.Very convienently located off HWY 29, but quiet. The rooms are kept clean. Even though the attitude at the front desk is poor, you will not find a better deal for what you get in the wine country, unless you know a property owner.5 of 5 Yahoo! Loding in Wine Country for LessEl Bonita was the perfect hotel for a quick overnight trip to Napa. It was conveniently located right off the main highway, and it was SO reasonably priced for walk-in reservations. The name can throw you off a little (El Bonita Motel), but do not let the name fool you. It is not the typical Motel 6 you are thinking of.
