I travel a lot and stay in many Motels and this is my favorite one. Quiet little City very beautifull and the quality is consistantly very...good. I have been staying here for the last 4 year whenever I am passing by. Nice Beds, soft Sheets , Very clean rooms and nice big rooms,Pool and hot Tub kept up. Management is very Hospitable. I would highly recommend to anybody. Price is also fair.

This motel is very plain vanilla, run of the mill, garden variety. The A/C in my room did not work, fortunately it was not too warm outside. The nearby restaurant, Margie's, is a bit pricey and the Filly Sandwich I had was perhaps the worst I've ever eaten. King City, CA is pretty much Nowheresville and the Keefer Motel fits right in!

We were on our way to Monterey and being August, Monterey was booked. So we stopped at King City. Upon arrival we were greeted by a nice lady who showed us to our room. The room was exceptionally clean and the air conditioning was NICE AND COLD. The resturant at the Inn had great food and service. We are planning another trip north this year and will stay there on the way up.

As i entered, the rooms were fragrant; as i turned the lights on, the cleanliness uplifted me out of the tire of the journey; as i walked through, the the quilts seemed to sparkle out at me.
