We spent two nights while in Lakeport for PWC races, and had a very enjoyable stay. The owners were VERY nice, and welcoming, and the rooms, although somewhat small, were very clean, and unlike some higher priced hotels we've stayed in, the air-conditionere was quiet. We will return next year, and look forward to our stay at this motel.

Not friendly owners. Stayed in the motel years ago with my family and I enjoyed the location and ammenties. I never had to deal with the owners being so rude and in to our business while staying one night.

1. Outside non-smoking rooms were ashtrays. Guests would stand outside their doors and smoke. The smoke would come into our room through the vents. Nasty smelling!!
2. 6-8 inch step up to get into doorway. Hubby/me both disabled. Very diffuclt for us.
