Very reasonably priced with a good location and a helpful staff. What more can you ask for? Rooms were large with all the necessary utensils.

Loved the place. I chose to stay at the University Motel Suites because of the reviews. I have two children and needed a suite with multiple rooms. The rooms were extremly clean and the housekeepers were helpful. The front desk staff were very kind and helpful with directions to the zoo and several places downtown. I would recomend anyone with a family who needs a large suite to stay. Also the WiFi was a great bonus.

This is the place to stay in Seattle if you want somewhere inexpensive and not cluttered with too many tourists! In fact, we were asked why we were on the bus heading for the U district!

I am moving in from PA and I really needed a place to stay until my stuff came in from PA. They provided a great value, a kitchen, livingroom, bedroom for ~400 a week. Not bad in comparison the chain hotels are at least 500 and I stayed at one that was ~300 a week for 1 day and it was horrible.

If you need to stay at a place for more than 3 days, this is a great value.
