Don't count on after-hours shuttle!

We arrived in Seattle after midnight only to find that the airport shuttle didn't operate after 11am! We paid for a taxi and the next morning when we needed transportation back to the airport to pick up our rental car, we were told there was no shuttle available. Otherwise, the room was fairly clean and except for one particular desk clerk, the staff was friendly. Waffles were great!
