They need to close this place downWe had confirmed reservations for Park and Fly. On arrival they increased the price but didn't tell us and only found out about the additional $30.00 on check out and had to rush to airport. Dishonest staff, poor shuttle service.We were promised a shuttle to pick us up upon our return from vacation (part of a park/sleep/fly package). We waited over 1&1/2 hours and eventually had to take a taxi. I called every 30 minutes and was reassured that someone was on their way (Seatac airport is 15 minutes away from Days Inn Kent). Do not stay here!I don't know how this place stays in business! The rooms are smelly and dirty. Stains and cigarette burns in the bedding. Very thin walls, you can hear all the partys going on all around you. They offer a parking/shuttle service to the airport. Not reliable. They left us stranded after an all night flight for 2.5 hours. Smelly and RudeI checked into the motel and went to my room. The room had an overpowering smell of a air freshner or cleaning product. It caused my wife who has a sensitivity to chemical smells to have an allergic reaction and start coughing. Nightmare!!!This is the worst hotel ever. We had two rooms. Both were very smelly and dirty, but that was just the start. They managed to miss wake up calls for both rooms. We had double checked that our shuttle would be there at 3:00 A.M. But when we arrived at the front desk they had no record what so ever. We paid $40 for two taxes. NEVER AGAIN!!This was just about the worse place we have ever stayed in! The room was not clean & the mattress & sheets were so grossly dirty, we slept on towels on top of the bed. Don't count on after-hours shuttle!We arrived in Seattle after midnight only to find that the airport shuttle didn't operate after 11am! We paid for a taxi and the next morning when we needed transportation back to the airport to pick up our rental car, we were told there was no shuttle available.
