I disliked many things about your hotel. For one thing, we paid $410 for only 4 nights. Considering the condition of the hotel that price was awful. We loved the room. It was very clean. We checked in very late that night because we got lost on our way, yet the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The only problem was the water pressure, but then again, we were on the third floor. Our room was very comforatble. The location was PERFECT! We will certainly be going back!

I highly would not recommend due to went on 9/6-9/7 and how to leave after one night due to bathroom dirty, used drinks in fridge and when woke up both beds had mouse droppings on beds and pillow. Took 2.5 hrs to get refund and had to miss party for Dixty and also had to find another motel, Motel did not help when asking for Corp. They stayed they didn't have a number. I think what we went through we should of gotting something.

We just spent 3 nights at the Rodeway Inn in Pigeon Forge. I am so glad we didn't let the comments of others sway us. The rooms were clean, and very nice. The people were very friendly,and very helpful. We will plan to stay here again, the next time we visit the Smokies.

Nasty. The pavement in the parking lot is cleaner that the indoor outdoor carpet that surrounds the hotel. Old, delapedated, but the pool was clean. Our room was on the second floor and hard to access. We had to go to the back of the motel
and walk up several stairs to get to the front. (It was hard to find out how to get to the room-the staff wasn't very helpful.)

Free breakfast was great. Room was o.k. Only complaint - no elevator. We were on the third floor and it was alot of up and down the stairs. Pool looked like it would be nice in the summer.

Me and My Family Traveled and stayed for our Vacation. There were Rats, and Spiders. The food made my daughter sick, I recommend going but Im never again. Thanks for nothing

OUR FAMILY HAS STAYED AT ROADWAY FOR FOUR YEARS AND LOVED EVERY MINUTE OF IT.THE ONLY BAD THING I CAN SAY IS HAVING TO CLIMB THE STAIRS.
