The place is very clean, staff is very nice, and it is in a great location. We will recommend it to our friends.

Talley Ho was nice place to stay. quiet ,peaceful, friendly staff. My husband and I have stayed there 3 times now and will return again this fall. beautiful view and great restaurant with good country cooking.

My sister and I visit the Smokies usually twice a year and try to stay at the Talley Ho. It's convenient to drive in from the north and the rooms are large and clean. We enjoy the balcony. The staff even recognize us now! The Carriage House Restaurant has an excellent selection.

The Talley-Ho Lodge is located at the base of the mountains and is very close to Cades Cove. From check-in to check-out everything was fabulous! We are from FL and the little deck/patio we sat on to enjoy the evening air was a much welcomed change from the 90 degree heat we were accustomed to! Thanks (in part) to the hospitality of the folks at the Talley-Ho, we're looking to relocate to this area in the very near future! (August 2007)

I love this place! It's beautiful scenery and being close to Cade's Cove mades it "da bomb" in my eyes...I think that's how my kids say it? Sitting out in the morning and watching the sun come up and the mist from the mountains is awesome! The staff is friendly and helpful...even the other guests are wonderful...my family ...

Very convenient location for hikers and those who love outdoors. Nice, clean rooms and relaxing atmosphere. Great mountain views help restore mind and body. A+++++++.

My Husband and I have been going to Townsend Tennessee for over 20 yrs and the first place we stayed was Talley Ho Inn.Had started camping for a few years with the kids but we went back in June of this year and will be back in September.The people at Talley Ho are the nicest you'll meet the rooms are clean and the rates are very affordable and ...

We have stayed there one time, some of my family camps at Mountianeer Campground and we go there and stay at Talley Ho, it is so clean, very quiet and the restaurant next door is wonderful. Thanks Brenda and Jesse
