where do i begin???..number one as soon as we got into the room.. i had to pee i went to the bathroom and..outta my total disbelief the door doesnt shut.. it had a knob.. but not the inner pieces.. so we shut a washrag in it.. and realized there was still a 3 inch gap inbetween the door and the wall.. u could so see inside.. the floor was cracked ...

This was the most awful experience. It was advertised as having $200,000 worth of renovations they must have been in the office sure wasn't in the rooms. The bathroom has mold in the corners, the door had approx. 1/2" crack & bugs came through and attracted to the lights in the room at night & would bother us, it had a dangerous ...

The sheets would not stay on the bed. The toliet was very slow to flush, the bathtub had big gray spots. Used soap in the shower, used coffee and filter in coffee maker, beer bottle top left on the floor. Front desk did not have change for my 100 dollar bill to pay , so had to charge on my credit card, when I really wanted to pay cash. They were not concerned about my dilemma.

Everyone we dealt with was very friendly. It's an older hotel with a nice face lift.
The bed was very comfortable. It was a smoking room on the first floor. I don't smoke and was very surprised that the room didn't smell smokie. Very Clean.
It's within walking distance to a variety of restraunts. I was surprised how quiet it was. I hope to go back again.

This hotel was one of the nicest hotel I have stayed at in a long time... I read the other reviews about this hotel and I think that desk clerk is no longer there... I had a friendly service and manager was so great. The breakfast was nice... Room had new carpet and new bedding... I also notice that they had just install new tubs, tub surrounds, and new vanity... It was beautiful... Keep up the great work... I will see you once a month...

I have never delt with a desk clerk as awful and rude hes the boy that works the day shift in Cookeville Tn during the day.I would suggest if you want friendly service you go elsewhere.
