The employees were indifferent at best. We waited 20 minutes to check in because no one was manning the front desk. The breakfast buffet was not restocked and ran out of major items at least an hour before it was due to be closed. No elevator. Customer trap in that no information was given concerning the extra charge for early check-in!!! Poor quality towels and only one of each. Dirty bedspreads. Old coffee condiments; solidified creamer. Unfriendly clerk. Room was not worth $95, then the extra charge was added! I can't believe the state of Tennessee allows this.

The front desk customer service was poor. Structure built poorly and heard trains go by 3-4 times during night (extremely loud). Those light sleepers will be up with every passing train. Rooms not very clean. Needs complete refurbishment. Value not there with this hotel.

we come to memphis every year for COGIC. this was out 1st time with this hotel, the staff is just wounderful, very clean rooms and its in beautiful part of memphis.
