    Wallpaper falling of exposing mold covered walls. Piles of dead flies. No management on duty. When manager was reached one week later, he was extremely rude and unresponsive. We were told to call President Bush to complain!

    They were not concerned that mistakes had been made in our reservations, even though the reservations had been checked and double checked and confirmed. If you make a reservation in advance, maybe you will have the room and maybe you will not, even when made months in advance. Also, the items in the room wouldn't work properly. The shower ...
