I paid $43 including tax. This review compares it favorably to other dives in that price category I've stayed in. It is resonably clean, no bugs, can walk barefoot on the carpet. No odors, non-smoking is really that.

I have microwave and frig (not all rooms do, so ask), free internet, desk and round table with chairs, good bed, two ...

I liked the place and the price was right! close to all the parkways and the help there was very nice :)also close to places to eat and across the road from nite spots...and again the price was right! : )

Good price. Could be updated. Would be nice to have a radio in the room. Some curtains could be replaced. Sheets were a little thin.
