The staff is very friendly and will do anything to help, the hotel is very clean, and the shuttle service is very convenient. The location is great.

Power was out the night before the Crim. Spent the night with no lights, no air cond., no hot water, no morning coffee, and pitch black in the rooms, hallways, and stairwells. We paid $188 - a premium because of the race. They are not willing to make any kind of adjustment. Not a happy camper.

we went for a bowling tourney and stayed here, this place had nothing around it, air conditioner in room didnt work and there was no hot water for the showers, we had 4 rooms and none had the hot water, desk tells us to wait for 10 mins to try again, but they would do nothing else....come on what hotel would tell u to wait for hot water shouldnt it just work????

I was very surprised on how nice everything was and how new it looked. The front desk staff said, they have just finished remodeling the hotel. The beds where new and sleep great. But the staff was so kind to us with directions to local areas.
