Not that friendly
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 11/29/04
The hotel is OK for 42 dollars, but you better wake up early or the managment will be pist off. Check out is at 11am and you better do it. Brakfast from 7 to 10:30 and after that you better drop what you got in your hand because is over and you should live.
The managment needs to know people are there for vacation, for rest and enjoy and not to follow their stupid rules.

Decent Hotel
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 09/06/04
Its a decent hotel. The owner Mike is extremely friendly and helpful. Ask for a AAA discount. very conveniently located on the trolley stop line and minutes away from Downtown.
We have stayed at the Colonial Mansion Inn twice. It's an excellent place to stay. The rooms are always clean and the management very friendly. Plus, the price is excellent.
