Rooms were very well kept, traditional southern bed and breakfast. Great location, within walking distance to all historical district sights. and the price was very reasonable.
AS a single woman travelling alone from Florida to North Carolina, I could not have felt safer and more comfortable than in this bed and breakfast. depending on the room you get - some are nice / some aren't.
ask for a room in the original inn (two townhomes that have been joined.) we've stayed in several of the different rooms & we only got a "bad" room once -- it wasn't in the main house, rather down the street a bit.
