Although it was late, the desk clerk pointed us in the direction of a fabulous local restuarant to try for dinner. She gave us directions and even called ahead to make sure they were still open. Very friendly staff, offered fresh baked cookies. As soon as we were settled into our room the front desk called and ask if anything was needed. Great location, right beside the mall. Modern room, high speed wireless in lobby very helpful. All exit doors actually closed/locked behind you for that secure feeling. Will use this hotel again for travel to upper Va.

I ALWAYS STAY AT HAMPTON INN WINCHESTER IN MY TRAVELS TO SEE MY GRANDCHILDREN. LOVE THE NEW HAMPTON BEDS. I'VE STAYED AT OTHER HAMPTON INNS IN VARIOUS LOCATIONS AND ALWAYS FIND THE PEOPLE COURTEOUS, ROOMS CLEAN AND GREAT BREAKFAST!!
