If you want a clean, nice cheap room, this is it. Very close to RTP and just off I-40. The hotel next door (America's Best Value Hotel) is really awful. The Red Roof is cheaper and 100 times better.

The rooms in this hotel are very clean and appear to be newly furnished. Additionally, the rooms are very quiet. The hotel is conveniently located to RTP and Duke University, which is less than a 15-min drive away. Hotel staff are courteous and attentive. A good Chinese restaurant is next door and a Waffle House is about 100 yds away.
