It was an annual weekend away for my husband and me.... it was not exactly the relaxing hotel experience we were looking for. The service was great, the location was perfect but as we walked into the lobby we smelled cigarette smoke (and it is suppose to be a non smoking hotel). That smell was everywhere and was in our room. We ended up leaving a day early it was so bad. We told them at the desk about the problem and they even seem to know who was smoking but the hotel was book so there was nothing they could or would do. We left for home.

What a wonderful experience my GF and I had spending the weekend here! The staff were all friendly and helpful, even drawing maps for us to find our way around, and recommending places to eat.The fitness room was well appointed and the room was huge. The bathroom was honestly the nicest I've ever had in a hotel.

great everything else. but it's hard to like everything else when your back hurts from sleeping on a rock hard bed. i suggest sleeping on the couch, as it, by contrast, is incredibly cushy and comfortable.

From what I see here the rates I get in Vegas are much better. No thank you. i came to Ashville when my aunt lived there. But to me the hotel rates are much too high for my liking.
