This place is a filthy decrepit bug infested dump. Do not expect any customer service it is absolutely non existent. There are many nicer places to go, stay clear!

First night we stayed the hot water sytem did not work. They moved us to another room the following day and had the same problem - not enough hot water for a shower. When we requested an adjustment on our bill they refused. With all the motels in Islamorada you should keep looking.

Friendly staff and comfortable rooms made our stay at Pelican Cove an enjoyable one. The views are beautiful, the pool, tiki bar, beach and hot tub are definately 'lots of fun'! This hotel is dirty, loud and customer service is a joke to these people. It misrepresents itself on the internet as an upscale resort and charges accordingly.
