This was nice and clean and central to the Cape. Had most of what we needed, including movies to borrow for $1, a barbeque and a view of the ocean from our deck for cocktails. Check out the visitor center. They were very helpful. Loved the nearby town of Sandwich and of course P Town and whale watching are a must.

Colonial Acres is like an older Cape Motel. If you are looking for a resort don't go.
