I absulutely loved the service at the hotel especially Concierge John. The restaurant was great as well. So close to markets, shops, and tram line to beach.

Before I decide to stay in this hotel, I send an email to ask some information.
I am very appreciated that their reservation Manager answer my email directly within a day, even with systems break down disaster.

We made bookin on 15 April 2007. reason - to celbrate ours birthdays. On the day of booking we were quite cold welcome. We hade to ask if the breakfast is included (we knw it was). Answer was - not. We had to then present again our paper that we are right and hat we should get breakfast. Again not very polite answer with note OK I put you in. ...

this place was da bomb as in (cool). the sevis was great and i would go back any day but i cant aford it but my mom can love chris

the beds were good, we loved the service and all were courteous towards us. it truly lives up to its five star rating as i expected

Certainly one of the best located Hotel in town, the food is one of the tastiest i've ever had. i will definitely recomand this location. This perfect spot makes it also very convenient for business as it is only 5mn away from the convention center.
