Nice place. Great location. Rooms very nice and value was good. However to start of with rooms smelt smoky. resurants (french and Chinese) were brilliant. Reconmend this place, Tokyo was great.

The employees were very friendly and very helpful. They seemed to go out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed and were very helpful in giving us directions, etc.

The location was excellent. We did a lot of walking and there was a lot to see in a mile radius. The hotel was also very convenient to Hamamatsucho Train Station.

We took several tours of the area with Sunshine Tours and they picked us up right at the hotel.

It's not for anyone expecting five star luxury accomodations. The carpets are worn and a bit stained in places, the elevator has seen better days. But the staff is polite and extremely helpful, the location can't be beat and the room size is spacious. I will go to Shiba Park again.

First time in Japan. Good location short taxi ride to trains and buses. We were pleasantly surprised with value for money and the sevices provided. Laundry service prompt and cheap. The staff were extremely helpful and went out of their way to be of assistance.

I am so happy with the location, as it is near the Daimon and Hamamatsucho Stations about 10 minutes leisurely walk.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We stayed for 6 days and enjoyed our time. Food in the hotel was expensive except for the free breakfasts. The Japanese style breakfast was very good. You can find great and inexpensive diners near the hotel. I would definitely consider staying here again.

The rooms were a little larger than I expected, I was prepared for very tiny,but it was very adequate. The service and friendliness of the staff was unsurpassed. It was in a good (not great) location, but if you paid a lot more you could get a much better location. The hotel's restaurants seemed very expensive, but two experiences with that had me going elsewhere.

We stayed in the old part and the rooms were very stuffy as the air conditioner didn't seem to work very well other than that the place was great

The hotel lobby was nice, the room was adequate and the staff friendly, but the carpets leading to my room were horribly stained with a trail of huge spots down the hallway.
