We arrived in Chennai around midnight and had another flight the following morning at 11:30 AM.
When I made the reservation I requested an airport transfer. They sent a taxi to pick us up and got us another to take us to the airport in the morning.

i disliked everything there was moskitos everywhere and mice rats and lizards in the rooms. Me and my lover really disliked it and we will never go again not even if it was the last place on earth.

Trident Hilton Chennai,a hotel i visited long time back,nearly 5 years.it was such a wonderful evening out there when i was there to attend an engagement of my close relative,my neighbour i should say.the service was good and rated 3rd in Chennai,is situated at Meenambakkam,GST road Chennai.

the bathroom was a little shabby, otherwise excellent service, not to be seen anywhere in Europe or the US!

The bed was not great, seemed to be a coir mattress, and the pillows felt a little damp, however, overall, I liked the place.

You got to remember that this is a level 1 Hilton, and one cant compare it to the Cavalieri Rome!

Definately best hotel in the city... Great value for money

I liked it because of the proximity to the Airport.It is a tedious journey to travel inside the city to stay in other hotels.
My children liked the garden facilities in the front and at the back near the swimming pool.
What I disliked is -the children couldn't use the swimming pool as it is dirty. Please keep it clean at all times.

This was a surprisingly outstanding hotel. Very close to the airport, which means a lot when one arrives at midnight after traveling over 20 hours. The lobby is in gleaming white marble. The rooms have beautiful hardwood floors (mine also had a fax machiene), and are better than just about any American hotel I've ever stayed in. Great room service. Friendly staff. Trustworthy food. Gave my trip to India a great start.
