It's great hotel! Rooms are very good! It's not like 5* in Europe but it's very very good. THe food, location and service is excellent!!! The people who works there are very, very kind!

We did not get on good night's sleep because of the noise from the Hotel over the road.

To be honest,i liked everything!:) Really.:) People are just great and service is wonderfull.:) I would like to go there again and again!:) Maybe for somebody animation programms will not be perfect,but i liked them too.Really,it was fun and interesting!:)
I just can suggest to go there and check everything out.:) You will not be sorry 4 that!:)

This place is advertised as 5 stars. Be warned that this system is not consistent across the globe. In european standards it is maybe 2-3 stars so don't expect any luxury in any way. i'm a teenager so what i love is having fun but the animation didn't please me

the staff- gipsy, they don't miss a chance to get your money from your pocket! take care at yuor goods. don't pay cash!!!! the beach- very short and uncleaned.

I have just come back from the orient palace in sousse. It is the worst experience that I have in a hotel. It seems that you are bothering or disturbing the staff all the time.

The maitre shout us in the restaurant because when we entered the room nobody was there to show us where to sit, so we look for a clean table and we sit, we have started ...

We don't like when they close the oposite door to the beach at nights, last year..
Before 2005 we had the chance to sit in the beach at night and swim... now it is closed at night....
