We loved everything about it. The breakfast buffet is excellent and the gournds are lovely. We have stayed there on two different trips, 3 nights each time. I only hope we can go again one day.

The hotel is situated in a quiet area but still, not far from the city centre. It has two pools with clean water and lights if you like night bathing. The breakfast is very good offering lots of various dishes.
The room is rather small for that price and bellow usual standards in the European hotels of the same class.

Each time I visit Nairobi, we stay at the Mayfair. I have had no problems from the staff in obtaining extra amenities. The grounds are imaculate. The two restaurants are excellent. the hotel is nice but it was unfortunate coz it was the night of my wedding that why i will never forget.calling for services it took more than an hour worse morning calling for breakfast was an issue.had to move and ask for the manager worse the breakfast was brought with ants .it was disappointing coz was hoping to spend 3 days before heading to ug.had to locate to another hotel.

hey,my stay at the holiday inn in nairobi was super,whatwith the pleasant surprise i received,staff smile genuinely,the gardens are so beautiful and parking was free.

It was supper I have stayed in touch with our maid and she is planning to come to my country. It was the perfect honeymoon holiday!!
