We just got back from a week long stay. (Oct 22, 2006). Had a great time! We got lucky and only had about a 75 minute ride from Cancun Airport due to not needing to make any additional stops at any other resorts. Checking in was very easy. The room were very good, the only complaint was the beds were very hard!

There was absolutly nothing I disliked about this resort. I am only 17 years old and I went here over spring break with just my family and I had the best week of my life! And I was with my family!!

We stayed at Bahia Principe Tulum in September 2003 and it was beautiful! The area was lovely, the hotel luxurious and stylish, the weather amazing and the food delicious. We would not hesitate to recommend it and hope to go back some time in the future.

We spent quite a bit of time in the Akumal section also, which was just as beautiful.

The people are the best asset of the Bahia Principe Tulum Hotel..that and the beaches, facilities and in general the resort. Have been there 10 previous trips and planning #11. By far, creating a friendship with the employees has us coming back and being treated like royality....COOKY

I went here with my family (2 parents, 3 teenagers) for Spring break 2006. It was absolutely positively amazing! The best week of my life, perhaps! It was like living in a fantasy.
Plane- Skyservice... very cramped, peely chairs
Shuttle- very comfy buses with air conditioning, although it did take a while to actually get going (it was dark) ...

If you are happy just to stay on a resort and relax, then this is a great place. The pools and grounds are beautiful, but it would have been nice to have more beach area. I loved this resort, everyone was so friendly and helpful!! I would suggest that anyone go to Mexico and stay at the Bahia Principe!! I felt like a queen while I was there. Our room was kept very clean, I could not have been happier.
