This is a nice hotel in a great location in downtown and very close to the campus. Very clean, friendly staff, and hot employees. Me and my buddies stay there for the football games and its just a charming and nice hotel compared to the usual "inns" we usually stay at so im glad I found out about it.

I really liked my room. I had a view of all the shops in downtown which got me exited to shop! Service was good and everybody was nice including the staff in the restaurant that connects with the hotel. The free breakfast was actually a real hot breakfast. They had stuff like pancakes and hashbrown on their menu and service was quick.

This hotel is advertised as historic and quaint. It is just old and nasty. The hotel is ugly, the rooms are hard to access with luggage. The service is poor. And the overall place is run down and unclean.
