Stayed here last year & the rooms were small & the bathrooms poorly furnished. The water pressure was poor & the bath dirty. However if you work on the theory that you spend only what time you need to do so in your room then here are the good points. Over all the hotel has good rooms, that is if you get a room in a section that is not be remodeled. On different floors the hallways are rather dirty. Also of the 6 or so elevators, only half seem to work. So plan on wasting five to ten minutes waiting for an elevator. They are small. The all you can eat breakfast in the Cafe' had great food. ...

While the hotel is passable, it is a terrible value for the money. Here are just some examples from my 2-night stay there:
--The elevator doors were not wide enough for me to walk through squarely. When there were multiple people, we basically had to stand in single file in the elevator.

Upon my first trip to Ukraine (Kiev), I was very skeptical of hotels in this part of the world. However, I was very surprised to see clean rooms, although small for American standards, good food and almost everyone spoke English including the maids. The one drawback was there are no hair driers or ironing board/iron in the rooms.
