Over Booked and Behind ScheduleWe were new to the Big Island of Hawaii and wanted to ride Jet Ski's. After booking 4 $100.00 per hour per Jet ski's and being on time to our acitvity we did not get out till 4:00 PM. Ted the manager was very unaccomadating, no discount no comp. Poor Customer serviceI had called to make a reservation three days in advance and confirmed the day before. When we arrived that morning, we were told they were running a half hour behind so we agreed to push ourselves back from 9:30am to 10am.
