Driving to this mall requires a ride down potholed, unlandscaped roads. A combination of theft and lack of business (from paying costomers) has driven out some of the higher end stores including Abercrombie & Fitch, Hollister, The Limited, Bombay Co., and JCPenny. Customer service at the remaining stores, at any given time, is much worse than you would expect at Wal-Mart.

Variety of options is available. Cool place to hang out in. Good food!A short way from the University, making frequent trips is a never a problem. The movie gallery is also quite good.

The University Mall in the USF area of Tampa is, in my opinion, one of the most dangerous shopping destinations in the city. Packs of very shady looking "gangsta" types roam the mall, making the shopping experience a nervous one for people that are not of that affiliation.

the atmosphere of the mall is horrible.. majority of the stores are geared toward a certin class of people. people working at the kiosks would often "attack" you trying to sell their buissness.. not a classy mall at all.

They do have a good selection of stores, it's just very dirty and in a bad area. If I want to have a nice day shopping I go to Citrus Park or Brandon Town Center. I live and grew up only 10-15 minutes from this area and use this mall only if I know what I need and only have to go to 1 or 2 stores.
