really good servicedislikes: no-one could speak english, luckly we had a dictionary. hotel restaurant prices were silly i.e for a glass of cola the prices are 9.80 euros.

I think it is a 3-star hotel, not a 4-starThis hotel doesn't porvide city maps for the guests, the bar treid to charge 4 euro for a bag of ice, and it DOES NOT have internet service. Perfect Value for MoneyEven though really cheap, it is very luxurious.
10 minutes away for central places.
Bus stop right outside the hotel.
Metro station just ten minutes walking distance.
Perfect for university students who don't want to spend a fortune but they don't want to stay at a youth hostel either.

A great place to stay to explore MadridThe location of this hotel was just right for us. About 20 minutes by bus from the Playa Major - we enjoy staying out of city centres - but soon got into the city. The bus stop was right outside the hotel.
The room was very comfortable - well appointed with a comfortable bed and very nice bathroom.
