  • Bad communication in reception

    I stayed in Arosa, from Aug. 22, 2007, through 26, exclusive of 23. Since my check-in luggage did not arrive at Madrid, I asked Iberia Airlines to deliver it to Arosa. Before leaving from Arosa in the afternoon of Aug. 23, I asked Arosa reception to keep the luggage if it was delivered. The reception said "OK."

    the hotel is very clean and has a comfortable atmosphere.
    But it's located in an obscure place,one block back from the main street.The place is a little bit dark.ANd i took taxi to get there cause i was afraid of robber.BUt the doormen was soo helpful.SO he's gonna help u when you walk to the hotel from the main street.
    Reception men were also very helpful.
