The hotel is definitly not a 4 star hotel as rated by U.S. standards. It is clean and close to the central train station. The hotel services are poor. There is no bellboy and the elevator can fit either you or your luggage. The reception desk was helpful when it came to planning trips however, we felt that they tried to knickle and dime us anyway they could. The rooms were clean and simple. For under a 100 USD it is prob. worth it.
