The customer service is RUDE RUDE RUDE, especially Roy, a receptionist. The water to drink or shower is very dirty NOT a 5 star hotel, do NOT fall for the pictures. Radission SAS much much better. This hotel was the worse decision I have ever made

Do Not Go!!!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 12/19/05
This place was my dream hotel...in the pictures...as soon as we arrived they gave our room away because 30 seconds late for our check in! We then got a new room which had no heat or hydro, it was a disaster. Supper time came around, and they fed us sheep brain with a sideorder of veggies which were contaimated with bleach from the dishwashers. It was horrendus! - Kelly Maxwell Chesley
Ever been to a park, that is not only a beautifully lanscaped park, offering kiosk like hotdog stands, but also a museum too. Oslo's Vigeland museum is a must see! Finely sculpted statues of people in their natural state from granite attracts thousands of tourists and Norwegians alike year after year. It isn't far from the theater district ...

Old World Style in Oslo Centre
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 11/29/04
Great warm and welcoming hotel smack in the middle of Oslo's great shopping district, and a short walk from the harbor. Beautifully appointed rooms and one of the most interesting suites (The Ringnes Suite) decorated with photos, original advertising art and antique "objets de bier" from Norway's famous Ringnes Brewery. Wonderful breakfast buffet in the Grand Cafe.
