The customer service is RUDE RUDE RUDE, especially Roy, a receptionist.
The water to drink or shower is very dirty
NOT a 5 star hotel, do NOT fall for the pictures. Radission SAS much much better.
This hotel was the worse decision I have ever made

The Grand cafe serves the best food in Oslo ! Travel the menu with Ibsens around the world and sample the delights, a truly gourmets world with the wines to match.

the beds are to soft and give you sores the service is appauling the sheets were not changed and the fist aid kits are awful for even a simple cut knee

(at least there the shhets get changed for people who wet the bed)

This place was my dream hotel...in the pictures...as soon as we arrived they gave our room away because 30 seconds late for our check in! We then got a new room which had no heat or hydro, it was a disaster. Supper time came around, and they fed us sheep brain with a sideorder of veggies which were contaimated with bleach from the dishwashers. It was horrendus!
