At $75 a bit overpriced, but I had none of the problems other reviews mentioned. It was VERY quiet, no traffic noise (far from the road, and the rear window looks out onto a huge farm field), no noise from the bar (not close to the rooms), and in room #9: new 'frig and microwave, beds fine, TV channels great, clean enough. Family Management very nice. What it did NOT have: noisy AC, rude service, smoke or pet odors, inconsiderate guests.

Room #12 was dark (walls, carpet, bedspreads, etc.); bathroom very tiny & couldn't move in shower stall. Hair on shower mat, inside of shower curtain dirty! It was scary, loud, and seedy. The beds were old and saggy. The bathroom was tiny. The very noisy bar stayed open half the night. The rooms are overpriced.
