This hotel is in Middleton right next to Newport. The view is of Easton Pond. You can see the Cliff Walk and the ocean (Easton Beach) just to the east (5 minute walk) of the hotel. This is within walking distance of the Newport mansions.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable and the couple who run the inn are very nice.

A very good deal - I didn't know what to expect and was pleasantly surprised.
