Guilford Suites Hotel is a great value. The rooms aren't just large; they are like small apartments! A sizable living room with large adjoining eat-in full kitchen, plus a large bedroom, king size bed and adjoining bathroom.

The complimentary breakfast is nothing special, but is gets you going (bagels, cream cheese, English muffins, cold ...

We've become regulars. It's hard to beat. Spacious rooms, convenient location, great price and staff that could not be nicer. Pretty quiet, too. Not so fancy, but fully in keeping with a New Englander's philosophy: clean, informal and practical. Large grounds are nice for getting a few minutes of fresh air, letting kids run around. Don't forget to check out the great Italian restaurant next door!

Some of the rooms smelled and those rooms had no window screens so you couldn't air out your room without it filling up with bugs. The bed was floor-board hard and the air conditioning was tepid at best. Some of the staff were very nice, but for the most part problems were neither quickly nor courteously resolved. Eventually we got a partial refund, but it was like pulling teeth.

Thanks once again for being my relatives home away from home, they get their own clean space and housekeeping.
They love having a kitchen, bedroom, and living room, large space, I'll reserve rooms for the relatives next time they're in town!

Guilford Suites Hotel was very accomodating to my family, the room size is great, and love the bedroom seperate from the living room and kitchenette was very handy to have traveling with children, thanks to all the helpful and courteous staff!

The Guilford Suites provided great accomodations for the Harlem Rockets basketball team. The rooms were clean and the hotel is easy to get to.The team raved about what a wonderful place we had arranged for them to sleep at.

At first glance it looks nice enough, but up close it is evident that not a lot of money goes into maintenance/redecorating. The buildings are old and in need of repair. The furniture was cheap and uncomfortable. The second bed was a pull-out couch that was missing some springs. The cleaning staff did a good job but the towels and the sheets were ...
