I was surprised at how helpful and nice all the staff were. These days customer service is almost extinct. But at Mr. Sandman Inn and Suites customer service is the number one priority from management to housekeeping.

This hotel is fine for the price. There were some families there and and the place was busy during the summer. When I travel on business the location is the most important. The room was clean and resturants were near by.

Motel, was very clean, and surprisingly quiet for its proximity to the interstate. Good local resturant next door, good access with lighted intersection for morning commute. Very comfortable.

It's a traditional type hotel/motel on the upper end of the scale. Resonablely quite a good free breakfast bar withe cerial waffles and biscutts and gravy plus assorted danish. The people were nice and helpful when needed.

clean, but very small room. Had everything we needed. Staying there again for Boise State game. Friendly staff. Good parking and access to the freeway. Close to stores. The hotel looked brand new. No lound elevators or ice machines next to rooms.
