When we arrived there were residues all over the surfaces in both bathrooms. The wall paper was peeling in multiple places, and there were large balls of dust in the corner. The manager, John Fahnestock, was rude and unfriendly. After we complained about the blood on the floor in the bathroom on arrival he decided we were a "problem" and said he did not care what the problem was, he did not want to hear about it. We love where it's centrally located and so close to the great beach. The resort has very friendly service and we really love the bar/resturant downstairs. It's wonderful!

LOVED THE LOCATION, ALL UNITS ARE BEACH FRONT. SHOPPING IS VERY CLOSE. WONDERFULL SUNSETS, THEY GO FAST. WE EVEN GOT TO SEE NASA LAUNCH A ROCKET FROM OUR BALCONY. CAN'T WAIT TO GO BACK. ONLY BAD THING WAS A LONG DRIVE FROM INDIANA.

I love Discovery Beach. We go to bed at night listening to the sound of the surf and wake up to watch the sun rise over the ocean. We meet the same people year after year and it's like "Old Home Week." It only takes about an hour to get to the theme parks if you are so inclined, and has everything you need within a few minutes' ...

We just had our family reunion here. We had 4 units total, and found them, clean, large, well equipt and the view was awesome. Staff was always friendly and helpful. Pool was crystal clear, and all 21 of us thought the place was terrific.
