staff was very friendly, helpful and down to earth. rooms were clean. jacuzzi and both pools indoor and out were also clean. very good location it is walking distance to everything downtown you don't even need to drive.there is even a laundry room yes you do have to put change in and is not free but everything there is very convienient. i plan to stay there everytime i'm in lake george hands down. thanks econo lodge

When we arrived at this hotel, the staff ignored us for the first 10 minutes, then were extremely rude when they did speak with us. When my mom attempted to pay with her credit card, they denied it, even though they had frozen the amount in her account 3 days ahead of time. (Even though their site says no charges are made until check-in.) The rooms were ok, but the customer servie was the worst ever. We will never stay at this hotel again.
