great placei liked this place so much! My husband and I visitied Joshua Tree natiional park, it was too late at night, we decided to stay overnight at this small, cleaned and comfortable place. At front desk, people are very friendly.Was this review helpful? Yes - No(Report Problem)OVERALL

How RUDE!!!i called and the extremely rude person that answered the phone, immedidately, said we have no rooms, all i asked was for a price. and when i asked her why she was being soo RUDE! she hung up. BAD SERVICEHonestly, I didn't even stay there--and I never will based solely on the customer service over the phone. I called to ask if I could rent a room and have four children so they could enjoy the pool for the afternoon--and the lady told me "no" --before my entire question was even out of my mouth.
