nobody told us that it is a 45 min. trip from the train station to san marco. there are 2 san marco stops - we didn't know which one to take and ended up dragging the luggage over the bridge. the cost of the vaporetto is 6 euros 50 per person with one piece of luggage.

everything was good rooms-breakfast-service only thing was they tried to convert the charges from euro's to usd's on the credit card. that would have cost more.. would stay again Phil and Di
