A Definite RecommendationService:
Throughout the whole stay, the staff where friendly and never rude. They left you pretty much to your own devices but i couldn't fault them. However, the people who worked in the shops there wernt trusting, they followed us around the shops!

Rila Hotel BorovetsI visited Rila Hotel in Borovets in Bulgaria this year - February 2008. I find the hotel very good, nice size rooms, very clean and very warm. The staff was very polite and ready to help. They all speak good English. The hotel has an amazing location just at the very pistes, and not far away from the bars and all the nightlife. Great :)Myself and me family have just come back from borovets,i am 16 i had been 8 years ago and was expecting it to be good which it was the resort has changed alot and is still brill the hotel is in a excellent position me and my twin usually ski but this year we tried snowboarding its gr8 although some of the runs are narrow its still good u can ...1 of 1 Yahoo! never going backThe staff are rude and unhelpful, the food is cold and bland, the waitresses in the bar take ages to serve you, the prices changed every time we ordered something and they never bought our change back. There is no entertainment. The bars below the hotel dont close until 4am and then re-open about 6am and are very noisy, people shouting and fire ...You did not find this review helpful.3 of 6 Yahoo! The Rila Hotel is amazingI just come back from Bulgaria in which i stayed in the Rila hotel over christmas time -it was beautiful and there was so much to do- i loved it and i think we will go again next year-HOPEFULLY!! The hotel Rila is good for my age group (teenager) because you can never be bored and unoccupied with nothing else to do!!
