How do you say "Gross" in SpanishOther than its location, smack dab on the beach, and an okay bar, this place has nothing going for it. Rooms are small, whithered and dirty. Had issues with stains on sheets, towels, floor. Dust was everywhere and for the first time in my life, I didn't leave a tip for the maid. Disgusting Room...Great LocationOur room at this hotel was absolutely awful. It was dirty, there were stains on the sheets, a hair in the drawers, rust on the ceiling fixtures and part of the bathroom door was chopped off and withered. We felt so uncomfortable here, and complained to hotel staff several times. They did a little, but not enough - would not change our room. ...2 of 6 Yahoo! Definitely NOT a 4* star hotel!First...if you go to their website, it can be very deceitful!The hotel is not that color, is it white, the rooms are not THAT nice and the bar needs upgrading. First let me state the good parts about this hotel. I did NOT see any roaches at all as I have read on other reviews. Fun but no SunI stayed for a week with my best friend. When we arrived the staff made us feel very welcome and were very fun to hang around with. When we informed them about there being no air conditioning in our room, they upgraded us to ocean view with no charge and gave us a couple of rounds on the house. Satisfied at One Vendig!I've been going to Atlantic Beach Hotel to socialize for years. Although I never booked a room there (I have my own place in San Juan),I will definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking to stay at a safe,clean,and gay friendly establishment.
