Everything was very clean
Customer Service was Great! Tended to all our needs - Cots, extra pillows, extra towels, refrig for the room, etc. House Service was great help too.
Pool - the pool water and AIR temperature were comfortable. We left another hotel (Howard Johnson) and came to this one partly due to this. Children were able to ...SHOW FULL REVIEW

KIDS LOVE IT!The advertisements screamed WATERPARK! Pirate's Cove swimming and play area! We called for reservations a couple of days after July 4, 2004, and were allowed in that night, within the hour.
The "water park" was smaller than expected, but the kids loved it nonetheless! (Ages 12, 11, 8).
