THERE WAS NOTHING TO DISLIKE EVERYONE WAS VERY HELPFULL. STYED ONE WEEK FOR MY WIFES APPT FOR THE CONSUL. NEEDED T FLY TO GUADALAJARA AFTER COULD NOT FIND PLANE TICKET AND THE FRONT DESK PERSON FOUND TICKETS AND REALLY CHEAP WITH VOLARIS. THERES FOOD IS GOOD AND THE SAFETY IS ALSO GOOD. THEY HAVE A STORE NEXT DOOR YOU DONT HAVE TO WALK OUTSIDE TO GET TO IT. THEY ARE GREAT, CLEAN , AND SAFE. I WILL STAY THERE WHEN I HAVE TO GO BACK IN JULY

The hotel was conveniently located, they offered breakfast buffet and is connected to Sanborn's. The staff were really helpful and friendly. If I need to go back, I'll choose the same hotel easily.

We had no idea what to expect when we made reservations. We had read terrible reviews and glowing reviews, but the price was right. The only bad experience was upon entry. We had reserved through travelocity, and they said that they had no record. Ironically, I had forgotten my printed copy of my travelocity receipt, but they still had rooms ...

i liked everything about it...there wasn't anything i disliked about it. Maybe more sitting around the eating area especially when it was breakfest time.
