Dirty, Dirty, Noisy and filthy!!! The staff lacks any understanding of service, coupled with a very tired property makes this a place to stay clear of at all cost!

the hotel owner need to get a better qualify person to run the management of the hotel .also the staff need inservice on how to treat guest with courtesy.and how to clean rooms .

Need i say any more? YES! The rooms were impeccably filthy - water stains on the damp carpet, lack of lighting in the bathroom(so fun to take a shower in the dark), and filth oozing from the bathrooms.

Of greatest concern was when one of the ladies in our group was accosted by several scummy men in the hotel lobby. The ever vigilant security ...

I had confirmed reservations in March 05 & confirmed a second time in May. Now its June & I was noitified they could not provide me the confirmed rooms due to a mistake of theirs but they will charge me nearly $1,000 more to accomodate their mistake. Unsatisfactory BBB rating. Don't waste your time or run the risk of not having your confirmed room when needed.

The water in the shower/bathtub/sink was brownish. When I asked about it, I was told it was the pipes. I don't know about you, but I don't want to brush my teeth with brown water!!

The telephone did not work, had to have it replace on 3 different occasions (I was there for 3 nights). The remote for the TV didn't work, even with new batteries.

Had to pay for parking because the 16 floor hotel has 70 parking places and they don't tell you this when you book your room and don't validate the parking. elevators dont work. rooms are terrible. no phone or ironning board in my first room. the bathroom light was hanging and didnt work. changed me to the 16th floor where elevators ...

The price quoted was not the one received. Room was OK but the water was without pressure. Except for the drip in the sink. No ice machine on the floor (broken) . One elevator was out.

I told the staff and manager. They couldn't care less. they said they would be a Holiday Inn soon. The renovations may happen but only if the staff is replaced.
