We arrived early and were not impressed with the location. As diamond members we had asked for early check -in. We called to see if room was ready ..The person who answered the phone was pretty close to being rude. We went down to river front and spoke to some locals who advised us it was not a safe area. so cancelled reservation

Bathrooms were clean and water pressure was good. The beds were very comfortable .

It was very close to downtown but not so close that you had to worry about where to park. It was close to the main road to the incline railway and the drive to Ruby Falls and Rock City. There are several places to eat nearby as well as banks and drug stores.
