Water Street Inn is a clean, nicely run B&B. The cost is out of line however. I paid $730 for 3 nights in May. Way to much for a room right next to (shared parking lot right outside the rooms) a busy restaurant. You can do better.

We have stayed at the inn twice and loved it on both occasions. It is very conveniently located and is incredibly charming. We stayed in room #2 both times, as we were there with our daughter and the room has a double and an adjacent single sleigh bed. We have been visiting Santa Fe for Indian Market since 1970. We found the Waterstreet Inn the second year they were open and have continued to stay there every year when we return. You can have breakfast in your room or on the patio next to the kitchen. Every evening there are wine and nibbles before you go to dinner. You are just a short walk ...

We had a family reunion here last year. We loved it!! The service, the food, the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff was excellent. So convenient for touring around Old Santa Fe--just a block or two away. Beautiful rooms--very clean. We would stay there again in a minute!
